Instructions for making a payment through PayPal

2. If you have an existing PayPal account, enter your email address and password.  If not, click on the continue link and enter your billing information.
3. When reviewing your payment please click on the link to enter your invoice number.  Your payment might be delayed if you do not provide this information.
